Existing Industry Council
One of the primary responsibilities of the Economic Development Authority of Columbia County is to facilitate a business retention and expansion program that provides information and resources to our industries so that they may thrive. The Existing Industry Council was established in order to bring industry representatives together in order to discuss pertinent topics, to share policy updates and to facilitate networking opportunities. The Existing Industry Council meets quarterly at the Economic Development Authority of Columbia County and is open to existing industry personnel and leadership. Previous topics of discussion have included the role of the development authority with supporting business growth, transportation, and 6Sigma.
